358 Mesh is a welded mesh panel that is used as fencing, with post and some accessories,also of the customers use it with the razor Barbed Wire or barbed wire on the top. It is considered one of the best choices for high security fencing around the world, because it is small holes hard to cut and hard to climb, even use a scissors,but at the same time it still allows enough visibility through the fence. All of these are important factors in designing a high security fencing system.
358 Mesh is called that because of the dimensions and materials it is manufactured with. Apertures are 3 inches long and 0.5 inches high, and the panels are manufactured from 8 gauge wire. Similarly, you can choose 356 mesh and 3510 mesh in some parts of the world.

There is two kinds of Surface treatment

----One is Galvanized Wire welded then do Hot dipped Galvanized,in this way,the mesh has strong anti rusty and anti corroison.

----Another is do powder coated,galvanized wire inside then do powder coated,and all our ROSH Certified Polyester Powder from Akzo Nobel,increased service life to 5-10 years.Beautiful and smooth apperance and color make it much popular.

Production Flow:

• Raw Material(Low carbon Steel wire/Hot-Dipped Galvanized wire/Pre-Galvanized Tube)
• Straighten & Cut short(Cut the Line and Straight Wire according to the mesh size)
• Welding(With the high Tech welded machine,its welded point is quit firm and can't open)
• Making Curves(Some of the customers need make V Shape to make the fence more strength)
• Surface treatment:Hot Dipped Galvanized or Powder coating
• Packaging 
• Quality Check and try to assemble one set(confirm the goods is correctly same as the customer need)
• Container Loading

Regarding to the Package:

1. Panel Sheet: Galvanized Panel for Metal Pallet,and Powder Coate Panel need to be wrap with the Bubble Film to protect the surface.
2. Post: Wrapped with Bubble film, and then on wooden pallet or just in Bulk,to maxium use the space of the Container.
3. Accessories: Carton Box.
